Our Physical Plant is a self-contained offering!

• Water: unlimited water drawn from the river with a UV filtering system in place.
• *Septic System: waste goes into a septic system with leaching beds up to the large, grassed area in front of the motel.
• Heating: The main lodge has a geothermal system, and it is backed up with an oil furnace.
• The Motel & Cottage units use individually controlled, electric baseboard heating.
• Note: Most of our kitchen equipment utilizes propane.
