Welcome to Gorgeous Nagagami Lake Lodge located in an unorganized township approximately 30 nautical miles north of Hornepayne in Northern Ontario.
Owners say it’s time to retire from the lodge they have owned and operated for approximately 20 years. The lodge operates from May until October each year.
The lodge was originally built in 1972. It is situated on 7.34 acres of deeded land on the northern part of beautiful Nagagami Lake.
Access is by fly in only. The lodge offers housekeeping services which means the guests bring their own food and fishing gear.
Each cabin is self contained with their own washroom and cooking facilities.
The property contains 6 rental cabins. There are 2- 3 bedroom and 4- 2 bedroom rental cabins plus 1 staff cabin, an owners cabin plus a main lodge for guests to enjoy as well as generator shack, fish cleaning hut and several other smaller structures.
Each cabin contains their own electric fridge, propane stove and wood stove. Each cabin has their own septic tank. Power is supplied by diesel generators.
The lodge can accommodate up to 30 guests.
The lake is fed by 2 rivers. The fishing is Amazing! The lake contains walleye, northern pike, whitefish and perch. There is also trophy brook trout in the river. The trout fishing has been featured on t.v.
This is a turn key sale, everything stays other than the owners personal belongings. The sale includes 12-18 ft Giesler cedar strip boats, motors, all chattels and equipment. A full list will be provided upon a signed agreement. Financial statements will also be provided only once an agreement is in place.
The lake is approximately 8 x 6 miles in size (approx. 19,000 acres) and is about 90 feet at its deepest point.
The guests fly in from Government lake located just outside of Hornepayne.
