The area also offers excellent access to many atv trails and excellent skidoo trails for the winter months.

Hydro. Ce camp "Outfitter" est situé sur 9 acres de terrain bien entretenu sur le bord du lac Kipawa au Québec à 60 miles de North Bay.

Le pavillon principal - style Cape Cod - est habitable à l'année.  Il comprend deux étages avec trois chambres à coucher. Il y a aussi sept autres pavillons qui sont meublés et ont de 2 à 4 chambres chacun.  Deux des petits pavillons sont habitables à l'année. Il y a une salle de jeu et un garage à bateau.

La vente inclus tous les meubles (sauf les articles personnels), les bateaux, un moteur four stroke assez récent, et tout l'équipement de sécurité et plus. Situé sur le lac Kipawa, un des lacs les propres de la région, le Camp est très bon pour la chasse et la pèche, entre autres, la truite de lac, le brochet et la perche.  Vous pouvez faire de la chasse à l'ours le printemps et de la chasse à l'orignal l'automne. 

Ce coin du pays vous offre accès à d'excellentes pistes pour faire des randonnées et le skidoo pendant l'hiver.
